Our core exit interview covers in-depth the well documented drivers of staff turnover and much more. It includes:

Our Reporting

The ability to report usefully on your exit data is essential to focusing your efforts in staff retention. Our reports will enable you to target your limited resources to the initiatives that will give you the biggest reduction in staff turnover. Exit-Info provides three levels of reporting:

  1. Individual Reports - exit data for individual Departers
  2. Group Reports - exit data for specific locations or departments for specific time periods
  3. Customised Reports - exit data "sliced and diced" the way you want. For example:
    1. Why are our top performers leaving?
    2. How do our female professional staff rate the quality of our management?
    3. What proportion of our Departers are going to competitors?

Our intuitive reporting tools are accessible via the web so you can explore your data whenever and wherever the need arises.
