Retaining talent, the ultimate goal of exit interviews, is recognised as being of great importance to the competitiveness and sustainability of organisations. As such, the area continues to attract much research effort and discussion. We believe that it is important for exit interviews to be based solidly on empirical research and so we regularly review the latest literature to ensure that our approach and exit interviews incorporate the best and most up to date ideas.
